RBscrim #07 of 50
$3650.00
In the early 1990s I offered a group of 50 knives I called the RBscrim series. Each knife featured stainless, nickel silver hilt, metal spacers and a nickel silver butt plate. The handle shape is unique to this series with a single finger grip, slab side and tear drop with an ivory inlay. RBscrim #07 is from the personal collection of Greg Gutcher and has his name etched on the blade. This is one of the very few of Greg's knives to survive the fire of 2008. Included is a letter of authentication signed by Greg.
RBscrim #07 has an Australian theme. The handle is rare Australian Ringed Gidgee. The scrimshaw is a scene including Uluru also known as Ayers Rock and of course the sheath is Crocodile.

One-Off Model #25
$9550.00
This very early Model #25 Trapper is from the private collection of Greg Gutcher. Greg was the owner of Sullivan's Holster Shop and the sheath maker for Randall Made Knives for 35+ years. This one-of-a-kind masterpiece is a tour de force that involved six craftsmen and ten years to complete.
Of course the Model #25 was crafted by Randall Made Knives. I scrimshawed the Whitetail deer scene on the Elephant ivory center section. The brass hilt and butt cap were engraved by David Perdue. The sheath was crafted by Greg Gutcher and covered front and back in Whitetail deer suede leather. The front of the sheath carries a micro-miniature Trapper commissioned from Don Hedrick specifically for this project. I scrimshawed a deer head on the mini to tie it in with the full sized knife. Lastly before final assembly the miniature was sent to Ron Skaggs for engraving. This project was started in 1992 and this is the first time it's been offered for sale.
